    * Has entered into strategic cooperation with Sevnor Ltd, shipping and offshore company with 
extensive presence in Russian offshore market 
    * Future operations in Russia will be run in cooperation between VSS and Sevnor 
    * Has decided to close down its own offices in Moscow and Sakhalin
